Damaged Package Policy
If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days to report the damage. We will require proof of damage (e.g., photos and videos while unboxing the package) and may request additional information to process your claim.
Once your return is approved, please ship the item back to us at the address provided. We will process the refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refund Policy
If we verify that the package was damaged, we will provide a full refund or replace the item, at our discretion.
No Return Policy
Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damaged packages. This is due to the unique, handmade nature of the art pieces, which are created specifically for each order.
Artist Commission
When you purchase a piece of art from macroindus.com, you are directly supporting the individual artist who created it. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, as this would compromise the artist’s commission.
